Acrylic sheets are strong, lightweight, glass-like plastic with excellent outdoor weatherability and optical clarity. It offers seventeen times stronger than glass, at half the weight, it is a safer option as there is less change of breakage.

ABS has good impact strength, formability, stiffness, excellent aesthetic qualities, and toughness.
Applications include aircraft interior trim, cassette holders, tote bins and trays, automotive parts, luggage, and more. ABS is an extremely versatile thermoplastic.

Ceramic provide good resistance at high temperature. Coefficient of thermal expansion readily matches most metals and sealing glasses.

Neoprene has balanced properties, such as in weather resistance, wear resistance and chemicals proofing. It performs very good in ozone oxidation resistance. Neoprene rubber sheet also offers relatively low cost compare to other synthetic rubber.

Silicone offers excellent resistance to high heat and low temperature, ozone, humidity, electric insulation, hot water and chemicals, but it lacks the physical strength and easily tear compare to other synthetic rubber. Silicone can be used in packing, gasket, oil seal, industrial roller, and vibration isolating rubber.

Natural rubber is excellent in physical strength & tear and abrasion resistance. It also very good in water resistance. Good for general water piping gasket. However natural rubber might not be good choice if the application need to be resistance to Ozone, whether, oil, solvent and chemical.

EPDM rubber has excellent resistance to acids, ozone, aging and meteorological conditions. Good resistance to alkali, hydraulic phosphates and abrasion. NOT SUITABLE for use with most oils, gasoline, kerosene, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents, and concentrated acids. It is commonly used in weatherseals on all vehicles.

NBR rubber is excellent in Oil resistance. It also offers good resistance to Ozone Oxidation, chemical, tear & abrasion and water. However it is not performing well in wheather resistance and solvent resistance.

Viton is extraordinary resistance to heat. It is self-extinguishing and resistance to ozone and the elements is practically unlimited.
Viton offers good resistant to chemical, extremely resistant to alkalies, including oxidants. Of course, the exceptional performance of viton in all area come with a higher price.

Santoprene rubber is a high performance elastomer in the thermoplastic rubber family.  The composition of Santoprene rubber is highly cross linked rubber particles mixed throughout a continuous matrix of thermoplastic material.

Fender can be made from natural rubber, PVC, or PU. Rubber fender has great abrasion resistance and has strong physical strength. Thus it is best use for protecting your asset from frequent impact due to the nature of the operating environment.
